Guests board a short flight from San Pedro to the Int’l Airport for immigration clearance, followed by immediate connection onto Flores, Peten in Guatemala, where the majestic Maya ruins of Tikal (Maya for Place of Voices) awaits them. This site is nestled in the dense jungles of Peten and has been extensively excavated and restored, making it one of the most recognized and impressive of all Maya Ruins. Guides accompany the road journey to and from the site as well as provide fully guided services while at the site. A hot local lunch is provided.
