Arrive by boat or air to San Pedro and our property manager will escort you to our home. We will welcome you and are more than happy to show you all the secret spots in town. Upon your departure (should you choose to do so), we will safely deliver you back to the port or airport.

Our claim to fame – The Barrier Reef of Belize is visible from Casa de Paradiso! The reef is a short boat ride for fishing, diving and snorkeling.

Located in exclusive Tres Cocos, Case de Paradiso offers the discriminating vacationer or long-term renter all the amenities you come to expect in a modern home. These are a few of the amenities you can look forward to:
House sits on oceanfront lot, 75ft by 150ft deep. Brand new swimming pool. House has been completely renovated inside and out. New floors, tiles, windows, doors, siding, verandas, electrical, kitchen….everything is new. Home is tastefully decorated in modern furniture. Vaulted ceilings throughout the home are a rarity on the island, and complete the luxurious feel of the home.
The kitchen is completely equipped for all your cooking needs and boasts new stainless steel appliances. The Villa comes with a full grill on the back deck for beachfront cookouts.
The three bedrooms are all en suite with queen size beds for private sleeping for 6 guests. Family room boasts sleeping for at least two more. Each bedroom has access to balcony or veranda, as well as private bathroom. Two master bedrooms offer tempurpedic mattresses. The Master Bedroom features a private deck with ocean view, and Jacuzzi. We suggest a sunrise and sunset from the second floor balcony for spectacular Caribbean vistas.
Finally, the private pool completes our House in Paradise. Surrounded by coconut palms and tropical plants, the pool features a shallow sunning area and beautiful renovated above ground pool.
Casa de Paradiso is located 1 mile north of San Pedro just across the Boca Del Rio bridge in the exclusive residential area of Tres Cocos. The location allows you easy access to all the shopping, dining and cultural activities in town, yet still remains private. This allows for freedom in flexibility during your stay.
